    A RSU 19 school bus came to rest on top of a car in the I-95 car crash on Wednesday. Waterville firefighter Allen Nygren, who joined rescue efforts when he came across the scene, said it was “the hand of God” that prevented the sole passenger in the vehicle under the bus’ front end from being killed when his car was crushed.
