Hops, grown onsite at Bigelow Brewing Co. in Skowhegan, are used in the company's brews as well as other locally sourced ingredients. Sustainable farming practices such as the chicken tractor are used to keep insects down between the rows before incorporating the chickens on the menu in the fall.
