As cook John Zhu makes a Chinese dish, Vanessa Chen, owner of the Kwong Lee restaurant in Pittsfield, explains that she created an additional menu written in Chinese for the many Asian students at Maine Central Institute who eat at the restaurant.

This menu written in Chinese was created by owners of Kwong Lee restaurant in Pittsfield to accommodate the large population of Asian students who attend Maine Central Institute in Pittsfield.
