Michael Poulin and his dog, Bandit, enjoy the view Thursday from their apartment at Highland Terrace in Gardiner. Nearly destroyed in a fire in early 2015, the complex has been rebuilt and refurbished and is now open and accepting applications. The senior-housing apartment building has been fully updated and renovated and meets current fire code.
