    Christa Johnson and John Wiggin of the Snow Pond Center for the Arts describe the upgrades that will be made to the Bowl in the Pines amphitheater at the Sidney facility on Monday. The Center was awarded a U.S. Department of Agriculture loan for $1,846,000 for infrastructure upgrades and other projects. Extension of the music stage and improvements to roads and concession stands are planned.
