    Volunteer Karin Baker hangs up free winter weather gear being given away Saturday under the gazebo in Augusta's Mill Park. It was the start of the fourth annual Operation Keep Em Warm, an event put on by the band, North Woods Outlaws, and other volunteers. There were more than 400 coats and other articles of winter gear to be given out.
