Firefighters attack the blaze at Highland Avenue Terrace in February in Gardiner that displaced 30 people.

Highland Avenue Terrace in Gardiner is being rebuilt by C.B. Mattson Inc. of Farmingdale and is scheduled to be completed in 2016.

The back wing of the Highland Avenue Terrace is framed in a window of the front wing that’s being rebuilt to replace the section burned in February.
