Ng became fascinated with magic from an early age while growing up in Portland.

Ng helps his son Lucas, 5, operate a 1974 Ford tractor at their home in Hollis. Ng, a magician who often travels to perform shows, has developed a hobby of restoring tractors with Lucas who was born deaf in both ears. This tractor was a present for Lucas for his fourth birthday.
