Workers pull off a wound-up coil of wires from the hydraulic lifts of a Waste Management truck after the truck collided with low hanging wires across College Avenue in Waterville on Tuesday. Police believe another truck snagged the wires and left the scene causing them to hang lower than usual and then the Waste Management truck hit the wires.
