    Police officers from Westbrook, from left, Jaci Lorenzen and Sally Mailman, laugh as they both have their heads shaved to raise money for St. Baldrick's Foundation, a childhood cancer research institute, on Saturday. Lorenzen came to her chief with the idea for the benefit.

    Officers Melissa May, at left, and Jaci Lorenzen pose with 5-year-old Kellan Tilton in a photo with all of the law enforcement personnel who are getting their heads shaved. The officers and administration staff from Westbrook, and a few from other municipalities, shave their heads as a benefit for St. Baldrick's Foundation, a childhood cancer research institute. Tilton was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma in 2012 and was born with a tumor on his spine.
