Anis Amri pledging allegiance to the Islamic State

The video released Friday on an ISIS-affiliated website shows Amri pledging allegiance to the group's leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. He does not refer to Monday's Christmas market attack in which 12 people were killed. Posted December 23, 2016
