WATERVILLE — Katherine Higgins of Detroit, relationship manager at Golden Pond Wealth Management has successfully completed the requirements for her investment securities license. The exam focuses on stocks and bonds, investment risk and interactions with clients. Higgins is now preparing for the Uniform Combined State Law exam.
