Michael Stevens was not asked to answer any plea to the charge on Monday.

Elizabeth A. Munster, who pleaded guilty Monday and was sentenced to serve 10 months in prison, adds $1,000 to the $5,000 in fines she already owes.

They are accused of luring a man to an abandoned apartment, beating him and attempting to extort an undisclosed amount of money for his release.
