Suspect in July stabbing in Waterboro arrested again after police chase

Vincent Cole, 26, was arrested Sunday after a brief car chase and a confrontation with sheriff’s deputies at his home.

Roxanne Mattson, 34, allegedly had cocaine, heroin and prescription drug pills at her Main Street apartment, where police also found two children.
