Rusty Knox, 35, of Wilton, was identified positively as the fatality in Tuesday’s fiery crash in which the driver of another vehicle, Mark Garner, has been charged with operating under the influence resulting in death.

Jared Small and Arthur Eldridge were arrested Wednesday on drug charges after authorities allegedly found heroin and other narcotics were being sold at a home near Warsaw school.

Demetrius Snow, a New Yorker, and Brandon Lancaster, of Norridgewock, were arrested in separate cases this week.

According to a police affidavit filed with the Franklin County District Court, the Rangeley man admitted that “he drank too much to be driving.”
