Erik Hart, 45, was arrested at his residence Monday after police said they attempted to pull him over and he wouldn’t stop, tossing a gun onto a neighbor’s lawn where children live.

The remainder of the four-year sentence for Loni D. Ingalls was suspended, and the initial period of incarceration is to be followed by two years’ probation.
