Nikita Tolman, 27, entered not guilty pleas Tuesday on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and false public report in connection with the New Year’s Day crash that killed Taylor Gaboury, 21.

The victim said Wednesday she feared she might not be alive today if Raymond R. Killam had not been jailed after pleading guilty.

Mario Adan Ebanks Benitez, 31, and Alexey Caraballo-Rosado, 35, each were charged with five counts of misuse of identification after a trio of calls about unauthorized credit cards purchases at the store.

Augusta police say the incident, believed to be a targeted attack, remains under investigation.
