Andrew L. Michaud Jr. was sentenced Wednesday at the Capital Judicial Center after his theft was recorded on Wal-Mart’s in-store security cameras.

Robert Smith, of Brooklin, was taken by ambulance to a Skowhegan hospital after having suffered injuries not deemed life-threatening, police said.

Ryan P. Turner, 30, was sentenced to 96 hours in jail and fined $500, and his driver’s license was suspended for 150 days.
