The man allegedly told police he crashed his car after his dog jumped on his lap.

Five adults between the ages of 18 and 20 were each issued a summons for a charge of liquor possession, while 11 minors were each issued a summons on the same charge.

The at-large suspect was described as a young man about 5 feet, 6 inches tall who was wearing jeans, a black hoodie, a ski mask and sunglasses, police said.
