The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office made the arrests during a traffic stop Tuesday on South Beech Hill Road.

Jessica Lynn Wells, 29, is charged with gross sexual assault on a 14-year-old boy and with sexual abuse of a minor involving the same victim.

John Brissette, 37, of Monmouth, was sentenced to serve 20 months in jail after pleading guilty to the charge.
