FARMINGTON — A plan to build a new emergency 911 dispatch center for Franklin County will not be ready to go before voters until next year at the earliest, instead of this fall as some county officials had previously hoped.

Teen Pregnancy Program gets support
SKOWHEGAN — Skowhegan restaurants and grocery stores provided food for the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program’s community meetings this year. They include: Antonio’s Pizza, Kel-Mat Café, Subway, Hannaford and George’s Banana Stand. The Skowhegan MacDonald’s Restaurant donated gift certificates for two meetings during which Marti Steven’s Learning Center students reviewed new class material.
