The June 2015 break-in by Paul Harrington and a co-defendant was captured on a camera and occurred at the garage of who man had died recently.

Duane Pinkham, 59, was arrested at his home after a report of an assault last week in Phillips, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

Augusta police charged five people with drug offenses and arrested another on a warrant Monday afternoon at a Washington Street apartment, where they reportedly seized packaged cocaine.

Bail was set at $75,000 cash for Reuben W. Givens, 43, of Bronx, New York, and $10,000 for Amy Perkins, 41, of Augusta, during a hearing Monday at the Capital Judicial Center.

The fire, which destroyed a garage, a boat and a car last Wednesday, is still under investigation by the Office of Maine State Fire Marshal.
