WORCESTER, Mass. — Two local students, Brock Jolicoeur and Rowan Labaugh, were awarded bachelor’s degrees on May 14 at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s 153rd commencement. Jolicoeur, of Waterville, majored in physics. Labaugh, of Augusta, majored in mechanical engineering.
