The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Frank Foss Jr., who is wanted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and violating conditions of release, and was believed to be camping in a wooded area near the Dresden-Wiscasset town line, where their search Saturday blocked access to several roads.
