Rollover crash in Hinckley section of Fairfield sends Skowhegan man to hospital
Wayne Pemberton, 42, of Skowhegan was allegedly driving 30 miles per hour over the speed limit when his vehicle went off the road, struck a bank and rolled over, according to police.
