Carrabec schools superintendent calls for students to be learning in person all the time
Mike Tracy wrote in a letter to Gov. Janet Mills and Maine's congressional delegation that keeping students out of the classroom is negatively impacting them as more cases of drug abuse, food insecurity, mental health and domestic violence are reported.
