POTSDAM, N.Y. — Two local students have been named to the 2023 spring dean’s list at Clarkson University. They are Corbin Bourgoin of Sabattus and Matthew Parent of Oakland. Norridgewock man arrested following Oakland police chase, confrontation with officer, police say
