Two charged after multiple stolen vehicles found at St. Albans property, police say
Steven Dumont, 41, and Shania Tripp, 25, both of St. Albans, were arrested Wednesday and charged with receiving stolen property after deputies from the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office recovered three stolen vehicles at a St. Albans residence this week.
