Waterville Youth Center, MSAD 49, Fairfield eye community center for child care
Alfond Youth has already launched programs for Waterville and Winslow students and is making arrangements with Fairfield and SAD 49 to secure a facility in hopes that the state comes through with funding for all three programs.
