Woman struck in Waterville crosswalk sustains serious injuries
The incident occurred Sunday near First Church of Waterville when the driver of a Jeep tried to go around a vehicle stopped in traffic and struck two people in a crosswalk, sending one by LifeFlight of Maine to a Portland hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
