Saturday at 11:24 a.m., Robert W. Williams, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a report of a disturbance on State Street.

3:58 p.m., Steffan Collins, 18, of New York City, N.Y., was arrested on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and Shawn A. Dallas, 22, of New York City, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana by police making a motor vehicle stop on Northern Avenue.

10:40 p.m., Bruce K. Knight, 57, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior by police responding to a report of suspicious activity on Mount Vernon Avenue.

Sunday at 2:36 a.m., Jodi L. James, 38, of Hallowell, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior by police responding to a report of suspicious activity at the intersection of Commercial and Bridge streets.
