ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Monday at 3:25 p.m., Bousley J. Baptiste, 18, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on State Street.

5:20 p.m., Daniel O. Pallis, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant charging unpaid fines by police responding with rescue to a report of an overdose on State Street.

10:06 p.m., Joshua L. Graves, 35, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Northern Avenue.

CHELSEA

Oct. 7, Todd Lunt, 38, of Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant and new charges of providing a false name and date of birth, possession of heroin and possession of crack cocaine. Lunt was a passenger in a car stopped for failure to stop at a stop sign.

GARDINER

Oct. 8, Daniel Usher, 20, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release after police reportedly found him smoking marijuana under the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Bridge.
