ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 4:53 p.m., James Robert Field, 26, of St. Albans, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and violation of a protection order.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11:20 a.m., Charles Santana, 26, of 1 Dunton Court, was arrested on a charge of possession of heroin at Rite Aid on Main Street.

Also at 11:20 a.m., Zackary Gilbert, 29, of 3 Elm Terrace, was arrested on a charge of trafficking in drugs at Rite Aid on Main Street.
