AUGUSTA — A Jefferson man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to theft by receiving stolen property in a case involving the disposal of wire stolen from a Central Maine Power Company substation. According to the indictment, Brandon P. Lee, 30, committed the offense July 21 in Windsor.

He was sentenced in Kennebec County Superior Court to five years in jail, all suspended, and two years’ probation consecutive to a sentence he is already serving. For the new criminal conduct, he was also ordered to serve an 18-month probation revocation.

Also sentenced this week in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Harrison Elmer Dutil-Taylor, 21, of Augusta, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs June 13, 2012 and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release July 15, 2014, all in Augusta; five-year jail sentence, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation, $800 in fines.

• Todd E. Lunt, 38, of Chelsea, unlawful possession of heroin, failure to provide correct name, address, date of birth and criminal forfeiture of $1,076 Oct. 7 in Chelsea; nine months and one day jail sentence, $400 fine.

• Robert Rodgers, 49, of Winthrop, violating condition of release Oct. 25 in Augusta; 15-day jail sentence.

• Keli E. White, 32, of Belgrade, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and one count of violating condition of release April 17-Sept. 28 in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 25 days suspended (credit for 25 days served), one year probation, $33.67 restitution.
