Moscow now has a community clock adjacent to the Town Hall. It was recently installed by local residents Troy Brown and Garred Strickland.

The cost of the clock was $12,000 with half of that amount raised at the town meeting and the rest received in donations.

The idea for the clock originated with the Bicentennial Committee to be a permanent souvenir of the Bicentennial that was celebrated in July.
