AUGUSTA — St. Michael School students recently presented a performance of “Oliver Twist.”

Over the course of five days, students auditioned, learned their lines and rehearsed. The show also featured choreographed dances and songs.

The cast of characters included Madeline Levesque, fourth grade, as Oliver Twist; Makenzie Testerman, fifth grade, as Mr. Bumble; Lauren Murray, fourth grade, as Mrs. Corney; Madelyn Rancourt, fourth grade, as Rose; Joshua Hoffman, fourth grade, as Mr. Brownlow; Alee Cloutier, fifth grade, as the Artful Dodger; Timothy Flannery, fourth grade, as Charlie; Amanda Beaulieu, fifth grade, as Nancy; and Brooke Moloney, fifth grade, as Bill Sikes. A total of 55 students took part in the performance.

The program was created and coached by Children’s Stage Adventure.
