AUGUSTA — Buker Community Center, Augusta Recreation Department, has announced its recent cribbage winners.

Winners on July 5 were Barbara Varney and Al Legere, who placed first; Rollande Giguere and Wally Bubier, second; Jackie Bard and Carl Gowen, third; and Dick Frazee and Sonny Cheuarie, fourth. High hand went to Wayne Curtis.

Duplicate bridge winners announced

AUGUSTA — The Augusta Duplicate Bridge Club has announced its recent winners.

Winners on June 30 were Les Buzzell and Rosemarie Goodwin.

Winners on June 29 were: north/south — Jim Gray and Paul Jones, Janet Arey and Donna Bartlett, and Vinal Look and Jeanette Wiggin; east/west — Ron Cote and Liz Cross, Linda Leotsakos and Nancy Lindgren, and Ed and Joyce Rushton.
