WILTON — A 38-year-old man was charged with indecent conduct Wednesday afternoon after a passerby complained about seeing him urinating outside of his residence.

A passerby called police to complain about seeing a man urinating while he was standing on his porch that faced Weld Road in Wilton, according to a release from Wilton Police Department.

Wilton Police Officer Katelyn McHugh responded to the complaint at about 3 p.m., and she charged Shawn Fish, of Wilton, with indecent conduct in connection with the incident, the release states.

“This is the second indecent conduct incident this month and our department is taking this serious, as families, especially children, enjoying their summer should never have to be witness to something like this,” Wilton Police Sgt. Richard Billian Jr. stated in the release.

Earlier this month, police charged Anthony M. Gregoire, 29, of Wilton, with indecent conduct for allegedly exposing his genitalia to residents of Arkay Trailer Park in Wilton. He was also charged with violating bail conditions.

Billian did not return a message Thursday.
