PALERMO — The Palermo Community Foundation is accepting orders for boxes of peaches and nectarines that will arrive at the center on Turner Ridge Road on Aug. 5 and 19.
The cost is $20 for a 2/5 bushel box of either peaches or nectarines. Orders of five or more boxes cost $18 a box. Proceeds benefit the foundation, which offers free monthly educational programs and a community garden.
