IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 3 p.m., Jessica Dudley, 19, of 56 Waterville Road in Skowhegan, was summoned for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:20 p.m., AshleyAlissa Ware, 21, of Stanley Hill Road in Vassalboro, was arrested on a warrant and for operating after suspension in Waterville.
