PLAISTOW, N.H. — A Plaistow man is facing charges after police say he crashed his car into another vehicle, banged on the other driver’s window and then took off all his clothes.

Police say they found 21-year-old Jared Hooper standing naked in the middle of a street when officers arrived at the scene of a minor traffic accident at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Deputy Chief Kathleen Jones tells The Eagle-Tribune that Hooper was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, lewd behavior, disorderly conduct and criminal threatening.

Jones says no one was seriously injured, but the other driver was terrified.

Hooper was taken to a hospital for blood tests after the incident and police are still awaiting results.

He was released on $750 personal recognizance.
