At a time unspecified, Kincaid L. Rines, 67, of Dresden, was issued a summons charging him with attaching false plates after an accident on Middle Road. The crash occurred as Rines began turning his 1996 Ford pickup truck left onto the James Eddy Road from Middle Road. A 2007 Pontiac G5 being driven by Richard E. Longevin, 42, of Corinna, passed Rines as he turned. The rear passenger’s side of Longevin’s car hit the front driver’s side fender of Rines’ truck, causing Longevin’s vehicle to spin out.
