AUGUSTA — The following people were sentenced Tuesday in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Robert Brann, 38, of Coopers Mills, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 6 in Augusta; 90-day jail sentence.

• Angela M. Brooks, 29, of Waterville, possession of a revoked, mutilated, fictitious license/ID card, and operating after habitual offender revocation July 4 in Winslow; 30-day jail sentence, $600 fine.

• Richard K. Burton, 48, of Kernersville, N.C., operating under the influence March 15 in Waterville; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• William R. Bushey, 34, of Brooks, domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal mischief Sept. 5 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, one year administrative release, $963 restitution.

• Eben Campbell, 27, of Kents Hill, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles over speed limit March 15 in Waterville; $600 fine.

• Mark Carter, 59, of Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 19 in Waterville; $1,000 fine.

• Debbie J. Dawson, 53, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 9 in China; $200 fine.

• Sasha A. Donahue, 26, of Clinton, violating condition of release Aug. 24 in Waterville; seven-day jail sentence, credit for time served.

• Ryan C. Flelrmatti, 32, of Bingham, operating under the influence May 27 in Waterville, 96-hour alternative jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Brittany C. Holland, 20, of Bangor, unlawful possession of scheduled drug April 1 in Waterville; $500 fine.

• Marjorie S. Johnston, 58, of South China, operating under the influence May 19 in Vassalboro, 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Jeffrey W. Libby, 50, of Hartland, operating under the influence June 4 in West Gardiner; 180-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release, $700 fine.

• Kami R. Maheu, 38, of Waterville, operating under the influence June 19 in Albion; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Burton Page III, 45, of Oakland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and criminal mischief July 6 in Waterville; five-year jail sentence, all but one year suspended, two years probation, $300 restitution.

• Michael G. Smith, 53, of Oakland, operating under the influence May 29 in Oakland; 10-day alternative sentencing program, $850 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Bruce L. Staples, 32, of South China, operating under the influence June 4 in Pittston; $600 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Curtis A. Webber, 57, of Sidney, operating while license suspended or revoked July 7 in Sidney; seven-day jail sentence, $600 fine.

• Thomas J. West, 47, of Belmont, Mass., operating watercraft under the influence July 1 in Belgrade; $500 fine.
