STANDISH — Noah Spofford of Waterville has been awarded the Preti Flaherty Beliveau Scholarship at St. Joseph’s College.
Spofford is a senior history major and one of 20 students who will receive scholarships through the Corporate Alliance Program for Scholarships this year.
