MADISON — J. Raymond and Pauline Coro of Madison celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 12, 2011, at Crossroads Bible Church in Madison. The party was given by their children.

Mr. Coro and the former Pauline Hayden were married Nov. 17, 1951, in Skowhegan by Rev. Eugene Cram.

Mrs. Coro was a child care provider for many years, and was later employed by Dexter Shoe Company in Skowhegan.

Mr. Coro was employed by the Madison Paper Mills for 50 years, retiring in 1992.

They provided foster care for many children over the years.

The couple have six children, Michael Coro and companion Randy of Augusta, Joline Richards and husband Neal of Madison, Darrell Coro and wife Deanna of Freeport, Raejean Luce and husband Dan of Skowhegan, Sandra Hill of Texas, Michele Willis and husband Jeffery of Florida; 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
