WATERVILLE — The Waterville boys hockey team dropped to 0-5 on the season with a 3-1 loss to Brunswick Monday Morning at Alfond Rink.

It was the first game of the 2011 Annual Christmas Tournament, but is the only one of the four games which counts in the Heal points standings. Brunswick improved to 1-2-1 with the win.

JT Whitten had the goal for Waterville, while Ryan Maciejewski, Matt Brooks, and Dylan Towle each scored for the Dragons.

In Monday’s other game, Spaulding (Vt.) defeated Winslow, 9-1. Waterville will play Winslow at 11 a.m., Tuesday in the consolation game, while Brunswick will take on Spaulding at 1 p.m. for the tournament championship.
