WATERVILLE — More than 200 people gathered to celebrate the inauguration of Mayor Karen Heck and raise money for local nonprofit organizations Saturday night. Almost $10,000 to be divided equally between Hardy Girls, Health Woman and Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter was raised at the event at Champions Fitness Center, according to Heck.
