The Maine Downtown Network is a program of the Maine Downtown Center, which has a mission of fostering downtown revitalization resulting in business growth, job creation, housing revitalization, historic preservation and cultural enhancement. The organization helps communities in the areas of organization, design, promotion and economic restructuring.
