WEST FARMINGTON — Farmington Grange, Franklin County Farm Bureau, farmers’ market vendors and other farm businesses are working together to provide additional financial assistance to help Knowlton Corner Farm, which burned earlier this month.
A supper and auction will be held Saturday, Jan. 28, at the Grange. Supper will be served from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and will feature locally produced foods donated by area farmers. Donations will be accepted at the door. The event will be the kick-off for the newly renovated kitchen at the Grange. Grange members have been hard at work updating the building and creating a community kitchen.
The auction will begin at 7 p.m. and will feature items and gift certificates from area farms and farm-related businesses. Adrian Harris will be the auctioneer.
