Arrest
IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 1:55 p.m., Roxane Marie Montgomery, 44, of 274 Hussey Hill Road, Oakland, was arrested on a charge of misuse of the 911 system.
4:32 p.m., Anna Smith, 34, of 6 West Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Oakland, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
